1983: Randy Alyea was sanctioned by Military Intelligence to identify himself as "Dan Collins". Alyea raped six women at gunpoint. He was arrested and identified by five of his victims".

Alyea was represented by attorney Daryl Graves, my attorneys law partner. Ten years after my 1983 arrest my attorney, Sverre O. Staurset admitted he was an intelligence officer and participated in framing me.
Staurset admitted accepting three bribes from State of Washington not to properly represent me, and not sue the state.
I received a phone call from a very angry DIA (Defense Intelligence Agency) officer the following morning after I obtained Alyea's file (tape recorded).
"Stay out of Alyea's file! Stay out of the court house! Don't go there! Don't even think about it! Phones in the Pentagon are going crazy. Calls have gone out to Fort Lewis, Military Intelligence, Military Police, Special Forces, Rangers, Washington State Patrol, Pierce County Sheriff, and a congressman or senator!".
DIA officer continued, "I was at a police chief convention in Atlanta. Retired CID Agent Colonel Larry Saunders (Lakewood Police Chief) was shooting his mouth off that in 1983 he framed you and a Fort Stewart Ranger for rape."

August 1989: Completed one year probation. Probation Officer Garrett petitioned court for final discharge. American Lake Veterans Administration warned Pierce County Prosecutor I planned to sue State of Washington and Western State Hospital (see next document).
